Jim Jones is not one for playing games when it comes to defending himself.

The Harlem rapper was captured on camera in an altercation with two other people at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, TMZ reports.

According to the surveillance footage, Jones got into a physical altercation while riding an escalator. At one point, Jones can be seen throwing his opponent down the moving escalator stairs. During the scuffle, an elderly man was injured as Jones swung blows at his target.

The fight continued at the bottom of the escalator until a group of officers arrived to break it up.  Following the altercation, one man was left with a bloody face. 

As the video continues, Jones is seen seated while one of the men gets physical with law enforcement as the officers try to calm him down.

In a statement, Jones maintained his innocence saying that he was defending himself.

"I was minding my business and defending myself. They got what they were looking for,” the Harlem rapper’s statement read.

After the video of the brawl went viral, Jones went on his  Instagram Live to give an update on his current status.

"I'm i-ight," he said. "Give me a second, I gotta get dressed for this party. I'll be right with y'all. Promise you. I'm i-ight."
